At Vex Coffee, sustainability is central to our identity as a business. We are committed to building a company that not only delivers exceptional speciality coffee but also ensures that our operations respect the environment, support ethical practices, and create long-term value for everyone involved in the coffee journey.

Our Subscription Model

Our subscription is designed with sustainability in mind. By shipping two bags of coffee at once, we reduce the frequency of deliveries and cut down on transport emissions. Each order is packed in a custom-made box designed specifically to hold two bags with no wasted space. This efficient approach lowers the carbon footprint of our deliveries and reduces the materials needed for packaging. We do not include unnecessary paperwork or filler, ensuring that every box contains only what is essential and valuable to our customers.

Packaging and Offsetting

All of our packaging is chosen to minimise environmental impact. Our boxes are produced in partnership with a packaging supplier who collaborates with One Tree Planted, meaning that the manufacturing of our packaging directly supports reforestation projects across the world. This ensures that for every box created, new trees are planted, contributing to carbon offsetting and biodiversity restoration. By aligning ourselves with suppliers who are proactive in their approach to sustainability, we reinforce our commitment to positive environmental impact.

Our Partners

We believe sustainability is a shared responsibility. That is why we only work with roasting partners who align with our values of fairness, transparency, and environmental stewardship. Our partners prioritise responsible sourcing, fair pay for growers, and environmentally conscious roasting and packaging practices. We will not partner with organisations that do not share these principles. In doing so, we ensure that every bag of coffee we deliver contributes to a supply chain that is ethical, sustainable, and forward-thinking.
