When will I get my box?

We ship all our subscribers boxes at the same time each month to ensure than the mystery isn’t spoilt and that the coffee is as fresh as possible. Order cutoff is on the 25th of each month, so get your order in before then to ensure you don't miss out. We usually order extra coffee to cover any late sign ups but no guarantees! Boxes ship at the end of each month to arrive in the first couple of days of the next month.

What makes you different from other subscription based coffee services?

We are a small two man team, passionate about coffee and sustainability. We handpick and trial every coffee to make sure each month’s selection is perfect, and we only work with roasters who share our long term vision.

We are the only subscription box that focuses on medium/light roasted coffee, and our carefully sourced packaging is recycled, recyclable and sized for two bags to minimise waste. Plus our boxes look so good you will not want to throw them away.

Will the coffee be fresh?

Of course! All the coffees that we send out will be roasted to order.

How fresh is too fresh?

Before brewing your freshly roasted coffee, it's important to let it rest so the flavours can fully develop. We suggest waiting 6 to 14 days from the roast date, which is printed on the bag. Brewing is a personal experience, so feel free to experiment and discover the resting time that best suits your taste.

How much coffee is in a box?

Each box contains 2 bags of coffee.

Usually each bag will be 250g, however occasionally roasters will offer slightly larger or slightly smaller bags (at least 200g).

Do you offer ground coffee?

All coffee will be available in both whole bean and ground options. You can choose your preferred grind when ordering on our site.

Do you offer decaf?

Yes simply select Decaf on the caffeine options when purchasing. If you already have a subscription you can change to decaf product by changing your product in the account section

What countries do you ship to?

Our subscriptions are currently available only within the UK and European Union.

Is postage included in the monthly price?

Yes! We have included UK delivery into the simple monthly payment for UK.

Extra charges will apply for European Union countries.

Am I tied into anything when I subscribe?

Absolutely not. You can change, pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

What is the difference between subscription and gift?

A subscription is an ongoing item that will continue until you decide to cancel it. A gift is a one off payment for a set number of months that you can send to a friend or loved one.
